How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?
Home Delivery in Lagos is within 48hrs.
Orders to be delivered outside Lagos (both Airport and non-airport cities) takes within 3-5 working days from the moment your payment has been confirmed.
Please note, a delivery fee applies to all home delivery orders depending on distance.
Service Center: You can pick your order at our Service Centre in Ikeja, Lagos. This takes within 48hrs after your payment has been confirmed.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online with your debit card. This is a fast & reliable form of payment. If you would like to pay at the bank please ensure to state your consultant number when making payment to ensure a prompt confirmation and to avoid order cancellation.
Follow the steps below to pay with 737 (Only applicable to GTbank Users):
•Then enter your consultant ID and 737
• (This will enable us post the amount directly to your Oriflame account)
•Enter the last 4 digits of your debit card number.

How can I order Oriflame products?
Our products are sold exclusively through a global network of independent Consultants. You can order products in two different ways:
Become a Consultant
Whether you only want to order products for yourself and your family or start selling our products to others, you can register to become a Consultant and get a discount on the catalogue prices.
Become a Customer
You can place your order through one of our many Consultants.
They will be able to give you advice, show product and answer your questions about our products and how to use them.
How to get started?
As a new Consultant you will have a more experienced Consultant (Sponsor) as a coach, guiding and assisting you. Your coach will introduce you to Oriflame and help you with all the necessary information you need in the beginning.
You can also choose to purchase a few recommended items to get you started, such as catalogues and products to show to others or try yourself to familiarise yourself with our product portfolio. Your Sponsor will go through this in more details with you.

How can I register?
You can contact an Oriflame Consultant you already know or by contacting our Oriflame Customer Care Team.
You can also register online by clicking the 'business opportunity' icon in the top left side of the page.
Why do I need an Order Number?
For each order you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. This number is written on your invoice, your confirmation and your order history in "My Pages" (for registered customers) if you made the order through our website.
It is important to save this number, because:
