How much does delivery cost?

How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?
Home Delivery in Lagos normally takes within 48 Hrs. But Home delivery outside nationwide takes within 3-5 working days.
Please note the following peak periods:
- Every first week of the month, Home Delivery takes within 5 - 10 working days.
- During public holidays, please expect a slight delay in the delivery of your order
Orders to be delivered outside Lagos (both Airport and non-airport cities) takes within 5-10 working days from the moment your payment has been confirmed.
Please note, a delivery fee applies to all home delivery orders depending on distance.
- Home delivery for airport cities: Below 100BPs - NGN2,700 and Above 100BPs - NGN2,600
- Home delivery within Lagos: Below 100BPs - NGN1,050 and Above 100BPs - NGN950
- Home delivery for non-airport cities: Below 100BPs - N3,350 and Above 100BPs - NGN3,250

How can I order Oriflame products?
Our products are sold exclusively through a global network of independent Consultants. You can order products in two different ways:
Become a Consultant
Whether you only want to order products for yourself and your family or start selling our products to others, you can register to become a Consultant and get a discount on the catalogue prices.
Become a Customer
You can place your order through one of our many Consultants.
They will be able to give you advice, show product and answer your questions about our products and how to use them.
Short definitions of some Ordering Terms.
Blocked: Means the order has not been paid for hence it cannot be processed by the Warehouse Department
Unblocked: Means the order has been paid for and would go further for processing
Printed: Means order has been sent to the printer giving output as invoice hard copy
Picked: Is the act of scanning printed invoices, before physical picking (This is not physical picking)
Picking Confirm: Is the act of checking the physically picked order before packaging.
How can I confirm my payment?
The ONLY way to confirm your payment online with ease is to Click here and follow the steps.
- Please note that there is NO WHATSAPP NUMBER for payment confirmation.
- You CAN NOT confirm payment from the Customer Service or Finance Dept.
If you quoted your Consultant Number Correctly in the payment method you used, your order would be confirmed without any issues.
How can I pay for my order?
You can PAY ONLINE with your debit card. This is the most FASTEST & RELIABLE form of payment. Ensure your debit card is activated for online payments (you can inquire about this from your bank).
If you would like to pay at the bank please ensure to state YOUR CONSULTANT NUMBER on the teller when making payment to ensure a prompt confirmation and to avoid order cancellation.
Follow the steps below to pay with 737 (Only applicable to GTbank Users):
•Then enter your consultant ID and 737
• (This will enable us post the amount directly to your Oriflame account)
•Enter the last 4 digits of your debit card number.

How to get started?
As a new Consultant you will have a more experienced Consultant (Sponsor) as a coach, guiding and assisting you. Your coach will introduce you to Oriflame and help you with all the necessary information you need in the beginning.
You can also choose to purchase a few recommended items to get you started, such as catalogues and products to show to others or try yourself to familiarise yourself with our product portfolio. Your Sponsor will go through this in more details with you.

Why do I need an Order Number?
For each order you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. This number is written on your invoice, your confirmation and your order history in "My Pages" (for registered customers) if you made the order through our website.
It is important to save this number, because:
