#beautifulchange

Steps towards change

With a global presence in over 60 markets, with over 6000 employees and 3 million independent Beauty Consultants, the impact of our countless initiatives has an immense reach. Here are just some of the initiatives we’ve taken that lessen our impact on the planet and bring about beautiful change.

Our EcoBeauty range

All our EcoBeauty products are of natural or certified organic natural origin, and contain no silicones, mineral oils or synthetic fragrances. In addition, the EcoBeauty Face Cream and Eye Cream are certified by Fairtrade®. EcoBeauty does more than just care for your skin – it changes lives. In the farming communities where we source our coconut oil, the proceeds from each sale provide training in biodiversity, organic farming and natural resource management, as well as in empowering women.

Microbeads

We only use biodegradable, natural-origin beads in all of our exfoliating products. Why? Because we value safe, clean water that’s good for your health and the environment.
Our Wellness factory in Rourkee, India, has roof-mounted solar panels to harness the natural sun to reduce power consumption. Thanks to the clever implementation of design solutions that focus on saving energy and creating a healthy, environmentally-friendly workplace, our Wellness Factory has earned a LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certification.
