How can I make a claim?

For SPO orders:

  • Orders are to be checked for completeness at the SPO of pick-up for claims to remain valid. (Note that claim is invalid on orders not checked during pick-up at the SPO)
  • For any claims on completeness and quality, SPO of pick-up is required to raise claims.
