- HOW HAS THE JOURNEY BEEN SO FAR?
My journey with Oriflame so far has been an exciting one, I have learnt a lot, this opportunity has moved me from being an introvert to an extrovert, this business is full of fun and meeting new people. I am really happy I said yes to Oriflame. I used to tell my team members that if i had known that my Oriflame future would turn out to be like this one day, I would have submitted my details to my sponsor the day she registered me on a platter of Gold.2.
- YOUR DIAMOND DIRECTOR TITLE CAME WITH A BRAND-NEW HYUNDAI CRETA. HOW DID YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS?
Qualifying for the brand new Hyundai Creta gave me so much joy and happiness, it is a great accomplishment for me, my team and the entire northern consultants because it shows if i can do it each and every one of them who is determined to succeed can do it too. I had never imagined getting a free car from this company just like that, although getting the car has been my 2019 goal, and I’m so happy it became possible.
3. WHAT SKILLS ATTRIBUTED TO YOUR SUCCESS STORY?
So many things attributed to my success story, among which are online OOM/getting started trainings skin care/products training. My team and I are consistent with all these. I also ensure that my team hold on to Sales and Recruitment Processes in Oriflame (SARPIO). I remind them daily about talking to three new people every day, hold trainings and sell.
4.WHAT DRIVES AND MOTIVATES YOU?
My children! I want to build this business to a point where my children will have something to lean on even when I am gone. Another thing that drives me is that I am always happy when people come to me for help and I offer it, this gives me so much fulfillment and makes me want to earn more each month.
5.WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE TO NEW AND UPCOMING CONSULTANTS?
My advice to new and upcoming consultants is that they should be hardworking and never give up, they will face setbacks at some point but they should not let that weigh them down, they should always try to look at what successful leaders are doing and try to emulate them, because network marketing is all about doing exactly what successful leaders are doing.
Lastly consistency should be their watchword in this journey, and they will succeed.
